Pastor Dan Walter

Pastor Daniel H. Walter serves St. Paul’s as the Pastor of Adult Ministries. He focuses primarily on the organization of small groups, evangelism and related ministries.

St. Paul's Evangelical The Walters formerly lived in Rock Island, Illinois before moving here to St. Louis in May of 2001. Pastor Dan was an Associate Pastor at First Evangelical Free Church in Moline, Illinois. He is ordained in the Evangelical Free Church of America and has served other E. Free churches in the Chicago and Minneapolis areas. Pastor Dan received his Masters of Divinity degree from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School in Deerfield, Illinois.

He has an extensive training background in small group ministries and has started a wonderful surge of small groups here at St. Paul’s for the past almost six years. Through his guidance we have watched our small group ministry grow and flourish. He served as a consultant on small group ministries for other E-Free churches in the Quad Cities area.

A Bit of Trivia

• Pastor Dan is fighting a brave battle against his arch nemesis, bermuda grass. He is on a never ending quest to eradicate it.
